Methods of Use:

Diffuse in the air or apply 8 drops in a non- perfumed lotion or oil and massage on to base of spine and inner wrists.

Aromatherapy Burner, Pillow, Bath, Footbath, Massage with Therapeutic Carrier Oil, mix with jojoba ol and apply to temples. External use only. Do not apply directly to skin without diluting.

CAUTION: Never use Aromatherapy Blends undiluted on the skin. Check with your health-care practitioner about using blends during pregnancy and postpartum.

This blend of soothing and gentle oils will help you to feel so relaxed at the end of your day to assist you to drift into a state of calm. Apply 6 drops on your pillow, add 10 drops onto 1 oz of grapeseed oil and massage onto your arms and solar plexus.

Restore is a blend of Marjoram, Lavender, Orange, Roman Chamomile
