Integrative Medicine

Yoga and Meditation improve flexibility of the body and the mind. Coupled with breathing and meditation techniques, you can manage stress, anxiety, chronic pain and illness, as you develop your inner resources.

Ashtanga yoga is a style of yoga that was developed by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois a few decades ago.
