Therapeutic
massage is a form of communication in a silent speech of the hands of
the therapist, to the body of the client. A gentle signal, to tell the
body that it is O.K. to relax the muscles and tendons to release stress
from body and mind.
Massage
is an integral part of stress management. Clinical tests show that during
massage, endorphins are released from the skin into the body. This rush
of endorphins strengthens the lymph and immune system and normalizes
blood pressure. Some of the many benefits of massage are to improve
muscle tone, alleviate pain in the joints and muscles, and to relax
tight muscles caused by mental, emotional and physical stress. Massage
calms and soothes the emotions and promotes a feeling of inner peace.

of our massage therapists are Holistic Health Practitioners with over
1,000 hours of training. We incorporate a wide range of modalities into
